We obtained planning permission to convert a 2-acre Volvo Car Showroom to 18 new build houses, two apartments and two office buildings.

The new build and interior-designed houses (roughly 2,300 sq ft each) are within a secure, gated development in the heart of Primrose Hill. The contemporary houses were architecturally designed around a glass atrium, creating an abundance of natural light throughout.
