Lipman Properties purchased this dated house, situated in the heart of Hampstead Garden Suburb, NW11. In the absence of any modern facilities, including adequate heating, plumbing or wiring, we reconfigured the property internally and created a beautiful landscape garden to the rear. Knowing the demographic of potential purchasers, Lipman Properties was able to utilise its artistic flair by finishing the property to a very high specification in the knowledge that the property would sell quickly on completion.

In addition to the aesthetic touches, the property required plumbing and wiring in its entirety, plus a new roof which we heightened to increase space in the loft for two further bedrooms. Both with fantastically equipped en-suite bathrooms and cutting edge glazing, encouraging maximum natural light to filter throughout the property.

The ground floor was also extended by converting the original garage which added to the living area without compromising on garden space.
