We purchased a vacant office building on 3 acres of land, where we achieved Permitted Development for 138 residential apartments. We also saw further potential to develop 2 new residential buildings on the car park, considering that the existing site coverage was only 23% of the total site area. We identified further potential to create an additional 2 new floors on top of the existing building.
